About me

I’m a registered integrative psychotherapist with experience working across the lifespan, from adolescence through to older adulthood. My clinical background spans private practice, higher education, and mental-health services, where I’ve supported individuals facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological difficulties.

Before specialising in psychotherapy, I worked in corporate, psychiatric and higher-education settings, supporting people through times of transition, stress, and personal change. These varied roles have shaped my understanding of how context, such as work, relationships, culture, and early experiences, influence wellbeing and self-belief.

My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and psychological depth. I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels steady and attuned, where you can explore your experiences safely and at your own pace. I bring sensitivity to the impact of culture and identity, informed in part by my own mixed background and experience of living and working across different cultures.
