If you’re considering therapy, I offer a short phone consultation to explore what you’re looking for and whether we’d be a good fit.

Sessions take place in person in Newbury or online.

Fee: My standard fee for individual psychotherapy is £95 per 50-minute session.
I offer a small number of reduced-rate places for counselling and psychotherapy trainees or clients on lower incomes. These are limited and we can discuss availability at the initial consultation.
