Approach
My practice is integrative, combining psychodynamic, attachment-based, and neurobiological perspectives. This allows me to work flexibly and in depth, drawing on different approaches as needed while maintaining a focus on the relationship and emotional process at the heart of therapy.
Sessions are reflective and collaborative, offering a space to explore patterns of thought, feeling, and behaviour with curiosity and care. While I may introduce specific techniques when appropriate, the emphasis is on understanding and lasting change rather than short-term solutions.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including:
Anxiety, depression, and low mood
Relationship and attachment issues
Trauma and complex trauma
Addiction and compulsive behaviours
Stress, burnout, and perfectionism
Identity and self-esteem concerns
Neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD, and related challenges)
Life transitions, loss, and change
